2015 SALA Festival Pre-Registration Checklist

Please make sure you have the answers to everything on the checkpoints below before proceeding onto the registration form. You will not be able to register without all this information. Either the artist or the venue should fill out this registration and only one registration is required per exhibition.

Multiple exhibitions in the one venue will need a separate registration, otherwise they are classified as a group exhibition (2 or more artists). At completion, open a new web browser for any subsequent events.

Your session will be timed out after 2 hours

Exactly how many artists are participating so you can select the correct registration type
Whether you are conducting additional events in association with this exhibition
Your experience as an artist- either established, amateur, emerging or mixed group
Which medium best describes the exhibition
The full names of participating artists or the collective group name
Know the dates and times the exhibition will be open for
Know the exhibition title and a 25 word description. (75 words if it is a premium registration)
A link to a website, social media or Artist Portfolio page if you have one
Whether you are hosting an opening night and the date/time
Have 2 jpeg images ready to upload, 3 images if you are paying a premium registration
Images need to be less than 5MB, and printable quality of 300dpi for premium registration images
Know the venue name, address and telephone number
Which metropolitan or regional council area the venue resides
Whether the venue is wheelchair accessible and has toilet facilities
An address for the poster, program and venue stickers to be delivered to
Any email addresses of those wishing to be on the SALA database
If you require a tax invoice made out to a different name and these contact details
Know how many SALA festivals you have participated in for our data collection
A valid email address for all registration communication

Tick the checkbox if you answer 'yes' to the above questions

Payment will be required within 10 days after confirmation of the registration, which will be notified by email. Payment methods are by Paypal using any credit or debit card, direct debit into our bank account, cheque, money order or payment in person by cash.

By completing this registration form, you are hereby obligated to pay the registration fee as stipulated. Sorry, no refunds!
